Title: Best Sage & Shopify Connection

Content: Hi folks Been asked by my finance team to find a way to link Shopify & Sage together. From what I can see, you need to use a 3rd party app? I see a lot of options; zapier, a2x, combidesk. Anyone any experience with this? What works well, what doesn’t work well etc?

Restaurant Group CRM

Original Post

Title: Restaurant Group CRM

Content: Hello! I’m looking for a CRM software solution that integrates multiple locations/different restaurants into one system, working with each’s Toast/Resy accounts, and Google Review insights. If it integrates with a social media automation tool like SproutSocial, even better. Essentially, I need a hospitality-group-wide CRM platform that allows for easy analytics driven insights, CLV calculations, and campaign activation (loyalty programs, email marketing, etc.)… any recommended systems that could fill all of these needs? Hoping to roll out 2025. Thanks Reddit land! 🤘🏼🫡❤️

Really struggling to follow up on time and I suspect I am losing out on sales for this very reason. Do you guys have any tips, suggestions or tools that you use that can help me overcome this?
